Open Position: Small Molecule Information Mining

We have an open position for an interdisciplinary postdoctoral fellow as part of the EMBL Interdisciplinary Postdoc (EIPOD) scheme. The successful candidate will work in my group (cheminformatics and metabolism) in collaboration with the text mining group headed by Dietrich Rebholz-Schuhmann.We are going to exploit text mining, image recognition and cheminformatics to extract chemical knowledge and data from the chemical and biological literature.
